Larisa Notkina MSN, RN
President
Passionate RN ,MSN with a deep-seated commitment to deliver exceptional patient care.
Currently, working in the Reading Hospital Acute Rehab, Reading PA and working as RN Coordinator with CHOP urology providers. My strong background in technology, care coordination, and research enable me to effectively integrate innovative solutions into patient care delivery and improving patient outcomes.

Wendy Holler MSN, RN, ONC, CRRN, ACNS-BC
Past President
Wendy Holler, MSN, RN, ONC, CRRN, ACNS-BC, FARN is the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) for the Orthopaedic Service Line at Lancaster Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. She has been a certified CNS for 13 years and a certified rehabilitation RN for more than 25 years. She is an original co-author of the Professional Nursing Model for Rehabilitation Nursing, past National Director to the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN), an inaugural year Fellow to ARN, and currently serves as our Greater Philly Chapter President. Wendy also manages her own LLC, as an expert witness and consultant. Away from work, Wendy enjoys her horses, golfing, skiing, cycling, the beach…almost anything outdoors and time with her adult children, Rivi, in New York and her college freshman, Emily-Kate. She is an avid football fan and cheers for our E-A-G-L-E-S!

Elizabeth Reusche
Treasurer
Elizabeth has many years of experience in the field of Rehabilitation Nursing. Currently, she serves as a Staff Nurse at ReMed, an outpatient healthcare setting, where she provides comprehensive care to individuals who have sustained brain injuries. Prior to her position at ReMed, she held the role of Staff Nurse at Bryn Mawr Rehab, caring for patients with brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury.
Since 2018, Elizabeth has been the Treasurer of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter - ARN. Liz enjoys traveling with her husband and daughters and adores watching her grandsons grow.

Michele Kusterbeck MSN, RN, CRRN, WCC
Secretary
Michele is currently working full-time as a nursing faculty member. Her clinical experience includes working with clients who have spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, acute stroke, and those with ventricular assist devices. She has worked in various roles, including clinical nurse specialist, nurse manager, wound care nurse, and quality and regulatory coordinator.
Michele gained her CRRN in 2012. She is dedicated to increasing visibility of rehabilitation nursing as a distinct and essential specialty. As a PhD candidate, her research is presently focused on underrepresented nurses' journeys into full time academic nursing careers.

Mary Anne Saveoz RN, BSN, CRRN
Board Member
Mary Anne has now been an RN for 50 years! Most of these years have been working w/people w/physical disabilities--SCI, CVA, GB, MS, Amputees, TBI--and the last 25 w/long term TBI patients in residential settings at Remed. She's been an ARN member and CRRN for almost 40 years. Mary Anne served as Chapter President twice and is the current Secretary. Interests include: visiting/traveling w/adult kids; singing/music; and "The Shore".

Kristine Longo RN

I have been a staff nurse at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital in the Main Line Health System for 36 years. Brain injury rehab has been my chosen specialty as I assist patients with TBI/ABI and Disorders of Consciousness through the acute rehabilitation phase of their recovery. I also serve on the MLH system wide Policy and Procedure committee as well as precept new graduate nurses and new employees and host a unit-based Journal Club every other month. I have been involved with ARN/GPC for many years as well as serving as a Board member and Past President.

Sharon Hallahan BSN, RN, CRRN, CBIS
Board Member
Sharon is a Rehabilitation Nurse who is CRRN and CBIS certified. She has worked in the field of rehabilitation nursing with disabled individuals who are neurologically impaired for 44 years. She has held various clinical and management positions at Magee Rehab Hospital, Bryn Mawr Rehab and West Chester Rehab Hospital. In her current role as Rehabilitation Nurse Case Manager at ReMed, a post-acute community setting for individuals with traumatic brain injury, she works closely with an interdisciplinary team in the Supported Living System Community to provide exceptional and innovative rehabilitation and treatment to individuals with mild, moderate, and severe brain injuries.
Sharon has been very active in the Greater Philadelphia Chapter, having served in the past as Secretary, Treasurer and twice as President. Presentations at national ARN conferences included ventilator dependent SCI care, outpatient lifetime follow up care for SCI, patient education, advocacy, social media, UTI prevention/treatment and the dual diagnoses of cancer and TBI.
Sharon mentors new staff at ReMed and coordinates a program to teach non-nurses administration of tube feedings. Sharon enjoys anything travel or beach related and spending time with family and friends.
